In all cases - Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sixty7 offers a 30 days return policy for refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense. If you want to return any items for refund or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders that take advantage of the free shipping offer will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or the actual postage cost incurred by Sixty7 (whichever is lower).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Sixty7 is unable to refund/exchange, and return an item where the packaging or product is returned damaged or marked. Used goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges are subject to availability - Goods can only be exchanged for items carried in stock at the time of receipt of the returned goods. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods and the cost of posting replacement goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you believe the item you have received is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number, name and address, and as many details and photos as possible about the product and its fault. Please advise us within seven days of receipt of the faulty item, to allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging exchange, repair or refund.
