Standard Products (Excluding Bike Lifts)

We offer flat rate shipping across Australia:

• Standard Shipping: $9.95

• Express Shipping: $14.95

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delays may occasionally occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier network disruptions.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate.

Bike Lifts

Due to the size and weight of our bike lifts, shipping works a little differently.

We ship Australia-wide using reputable freight partners. Rates are flat by state and weight. 

Our bike lifts are not delivered door-to-door due to their size and weight.

• Each lift is shipped on a pallet - approx 2.4m x 1.2m (1 & 2 Bike Lift) 4.2m x 1.2m (3 Bike Lift).

• Weight: approx. 200kg (1 & 2 Bike Lift) or 300kg (3 Bike Lift).

• All orders are sent to your nearest freight depot.

• You’ll need to collect your pallet from the depot. A trailer or ute will be required for pickup.

⚠️ Please make sure you’re prepared for depot collection before placing your order.

Dispatch & Timeframes

• Processing: 1–3 business days

• Transit: 2–14 business days 

• Pre-orders: Ship when stock lands; ETA shown on the product page

• Deliveries are to street addresses only (no PO Boxes). Someone must be available to receive delivery; re-delivery fees may apply.

Pickup 

At checkout you’ll see:
“Pickup from Yatala QLD (or organise your own freight)” — Free

• Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Yatala, QLD.

• If you prefer to arrange your own freight, you’re welcome to do so.

• After your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm pickup or discuss freight options.

Installation

Our bike lifts are shipped ready for installation. 

• Installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified person to ensure correct fixing and safe operation.

• You’ll receive a step-by-step installation guide with your lift.

• All required components (hoist, rigging, pulleys, hooks) are included you’ll just need basic tools and a secure mounting point.

If you’d prefer professional installation, we recommend contacting a local builder or tradesperson.
