Sixty7 will redeliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.
Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within three business days, unless the products are on 'pre-order' or 'custom' status.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL
All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit. Please contact Australia Post or the Courier Service that your order was dispatched with and advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact me at email@example.com and we will lodge an enquiry for you.
