Sixty7 offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By purchasing a product and using our platform or entering one of our giveaways, you represent that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms of Service. Sixty7 may revise the Privacy Policy at any time, and the new versions will be posted on the Site. The Sixty7 site is a retail platform that offers motocross parts and accessories as well as a membership rewards program that offers discounts at selected brands across Australia.
Sixty7 reserves the right to add, change, modify, suspend or discontinue any portion of the Service, in its sole discretion, at any time. Your use of the Site and/or the Service, including the availability of new services through the Site, shall be subject to these terms and conditions. In addition, Sixty7 may impose limits on any portion of the Service or restrict your access to portions of or the entire Site in its sole discretion without notice or liability.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
You understand and agree that you have no ownership rights in your Account and Sixty7 may stop offering the Service at any time. Further, Sixty7 may cancel your Account, delete all of your Registration Information and any other information you have provided through the Site (collectively, User Content) associated with your Account at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason including, without limitation, your violation of these terms and conditions.
You may cancel your Account at any time by contacting enquiries@sixty7.com.au and cancellation will take effect once administration has processed. Your account will be cancelled within 7 days of Sixty7 receiving the email. Sixty7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict or block access to the Site and/or the Service to any users who have had their Accounts cancelled.
ONE-OFF MEMBERSHIPS
Sixty7 offers multiple tiers of one-off memberships that grant customers timed access to the loyalty reward program. These memberships are offered in bronze, silver, gold or VIP packages. The designated timed access to the platform for each member is as follows:
Bronze – 7 Days Access to Sixty7 Loyalty Program
Silver – 30 Days Access to Sixty7 Loyalty Program
Gold – 185 Days Access to Sixty7 Loyalty Program
VIP – 365 days Access to Sixty7 Loyalty Program
LOYALTY CLUB
Sixty7 offers an ongoing subscription to the loyalty program platform that is direct debited monthly until cancelled. This membership provides customers with unlimited time on the platform while their membership is active.

RETURNS POLICY - CASUAL WEAR, PARTS & ACCESSORIES
Sixty7 offers a 30 days return policy for refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense. If you want to return any items for refund or exchange please email sixty7mx@gmail.com.
Orders that take advantage of the free shipping offer will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or the actual postage cost incurred by Sixty7 (whichever is lower).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sixty7mx@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS POLICY - MEMBERSHIPS
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to
cancel your service contract with us; and
a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service. Refunds or rectifications cannot be given for reasons such as change of mind or failure to not understand properly.
To use certain portions of the Site and Service, you will be directed to register on the Site and create a user profile or account (Account). Eligibility is limited to persons equal to or over the age of 18.
As part of the registration process, you may be asked to submit your name, address, email address and/or similar information and to select a password. You agree that all information you provide to Sixty7 for purposes of creating an account (Registration Information) will be true, accurate, current, and complete and your failure to provide such information shall constitute a breach of these terms and conditions and may result in the immediate termination of your Account. You shall (i) promptly update your Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete; and (ii) maintain the confidentiality of your password.
In creating an Account, you shall not (a) select or use the email address or username of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, (b) use a name subject to the rights of any other person without authorization, (c) use an email address or username that is profane, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate or (d) allow any other party to use your Account and/or password except as set forth herein.
You may not share or transfer any Account. You may not disclose your password to anyone. You agree to immediately notify Sixty7 by sending an email to enquiries@sixty7.com.au of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Account or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password. You understand and agree that you shall be liable for all activities that occur under any Account created for your use, even if such activities were not committed by you. Sixty7 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password.
Sixty7 employees, directors, managers and their respective immediate family members (i.e., parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings and children) or any other person residing in the same household as an Sixty7, employee, director or manager may not win the offered giveaways.
