 We also collect demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as postcode, age, gender, shopping preferences and interests. We do not collect 'sensitive information'.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

SECURITY + PAYMENT

 

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

SHOPIFY

 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

STORAGE OF INFORMATION

We will use our reasonable endeavours to protect and maintain the security of your Personal Information and to make our site as secure as possible against unauthorised access.

Despite our reasonable endeavours, we are unable to ensure or warrant the security of any Personal Information transmitted to us and all Personal Information disclosed by you to us is at your own risk and we are not liable for any unauthorised access to the Personal Information.

If we determine that Personal Information is no longer needed for any purpose, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify that Personal Information, unless we are required by law or a court or tribunal to retain the information.

 

COOKIES

 

A cookie is a small file placed on your hard drive that assists in providing customised services. The cookies used on this site are used to identify your shopping session with no third party referrals or advertising. We do not share any customer information with any third parties and the information you provide us with is used for your purchase only.

 

WORKING WITH GOOGLE

 

Sixty7 are working with google to improve online shopping experience across devices.If you are signed into your Google account when you use Sixty7 Online, then Google may also combine data from your Google account with data about your use of Sixty7 Online, in order to help identify you to be shown relevant advertising online, across your devices. This is done using a Google service called Remarketing with Google Analytics, which links Google Analytics cookies (set by Sixty7 and Shopify) with Google advertising cookies (set by Google). TIKTOK

We use third party advertising partners to collect information about your use of our [website / app / other digital property] ("Digital Property") in order to serve targeted advertising and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. The third party partners we use may collect this information using tracking technologies, such as pixels, cookies, APIs and SDKs.
In particular, we use the TikTok Pixel, provided by TikTok, for these purposes. The TikTok Pixel enables us to retarget you with products and services you have viewed on our Digital Property on TikTok and to measure when you have clicked through to our Digital Property after seeing one of our advertisements on TikTok.

DATA RETENTION
