At Sixty7, we’re committed to creating high-quality, Australian-made lifting systems that are safe, durable, and easy to use.
This page provides safety, installation, and warranty information for all Sixty7 products.

Every Sixty7 Bike Lift is built using Australian Standard-compliant hoists (500 kg or 800 kg rated).

⚠️ Always include accessories and mods in your weight total.
⚠️ Stay within rated capacity and evenly distribute weight.
⚠️ Must be installed into a solid support structure - check with a builder or contact us if you're unsure.



Motorbike Lift – Model BL01 - 1 Bike Lift

Safe Working Load (SWL): 240 kg MAX
Power Source: 240 V AC (Gorilla Hoist – AU Certified)
Mounting Requirement: Must be securely fixed to a wall or surface before use.

Motorbike Lift – Model BL02 - 2 Bike Lift

Safe Working Load (SWL): 240 kg MAX
Power Source: 240 V AC (Gorilla Hoist – AU Certified)
Mounting Requirement: Must be securely fixed to a wall or surface before use.

Motorbike Lift – Model BL03 - 3 Bike Lift

Safe Working Load (SWL): 400 kg MAX
Power Source: 240 V AC (Gorilla Hoist – AU Certified)
Mounting Requirement: Must be securely fixed to a wall or surface before use.

Essential Safety Instructions:

  • Do not exceed rated load.

  • For domestic use only – not for workshop or commercial applications.

  • Install only on a stable, load-bearing surface.

  • Inspect cables, bolts, and mounting points before each use.

  • Do not modify electrical or structural components.

⚠️ Incorrect installation or overloading may result in damage or injury. Always follow installation and operating instructions carefully.

Installation Overview

  1. Ensure mounting wall or structure can support at least 3× the maximum load.

  2. Use supplied or rated anchor bolts suitable for your wall type.

  3. Verify hoist cable alignment and movement before loading.

  4. After installation, test with partial load before full use.

Maintenance

  • Regularly check fasteners and cables for wear or corrosion.

  • Keep hoist and frame clean and dry.

  • Replace any worn components immediately with compatible parts.

Declaration of Compliance 

Sixty7 Motorbike Lift – Model BL01, BL02 and BL03

This product has been designed and assembled in accordance with the following Australian standards and safety requirements:

  • AS/NZS 60335 – Electrical equipment safety (Gorilla hoist component)

  • AS/NZS 1418.2 – Cranes, hoists, and winches – Powered hoists

  • AS/NZS 4100 & 1554 – Steel structures and welding practices

The electrical hoist component is manufactured and certified in Australia by Gorilla Products, meeting EESS and relevant safety standards.

Sixty7 Australia declares that the final assembled lift is fit for domestic use and has been verified for mechanical integrity and stability under the rated load.

Sixty7 Warranty Statement

All Sixty7 products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Coverage

  • 12-month warranty from date of purchase for manufacturing or assembly defects.

  • Warranty excludes misuse, overloading, incorrect installation, or modifications to electrical or structural components.

  • Proof of purchase is required for any claim.
